This is a recruiting site
The Fiber Guys recruits 1099 independent contractors for door-to-door fiber sales. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, a contract, or an offer.
Pay
Commission is paid per completed install, between $75 and $250 depending on speed tier and experience, paid weekly. There is no hourly wage, salary, or benefits package. Examples on this site are illustrations from the team, not guarantees of earnings.
Contractor status
Contractors sign a dealer agreement with Palmetto Energy Solutions. Cancellations, chargebacks, and order quality are handled under that agreement. You are responsible for your own taxes, vehicle, and phone.
Trademarks
T-Mobile Fiber and related marks belong to their owners. The Fiber Guys and Palmetto Energy Solutions are not T-Mobile Fiber and do not speak for them.
