Fiber Sales Representative — T-Mobile Fiber
Door-to-door fiber internet sales in the current South Carolina markets. $75 to $250 per completed install, paid weekly, 1099.

What you will do
- Work assigned neighborhoods in areas where fiber is already available
- Talk with homeowners at the door about speed, price, and installation
- Run an address check, write the order, and set install expectations
- Follow up until the install is complete so you get paid
- Track your activity and orders in our system
What you need
- 18 or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Smartphone
- Can walk a neighborhood 5 to 6 hours a day
- Comfortable with 1099 commission-only pay
- Can start within two weeks
Door-to-door, solar, security, roofing, pest control, or telecom experience helps. We train the right person with no fiber background.
Training and support
- In-house onboarding
- Scripts and ride-alongs with a local leader
- Real mentorship from a team selling fiber in these markets
- Path to team lead and recruiter overrides for consistent producers
- Palmetto U: 10 courses and 67 video lessons, from product basics to objection handling
- Ride-alongs and door-by-door coaching with a leader who still sells
Where you would work
Territory is assigned by neighborhood at onboarding, based on where T-Mobile Fiber is already live. Discuss travel requirements with your recruiter.
Valdosta, Macon, and Columbus are accepting expressions of interest; an active opening has not been confirmed in those markets.
