The team compensation structure
$75 to $250 per completed install, based on speed tier and experience, paid weekly.
- 10 installs/week at 1 Gig ≈ $1,500
- 20 installs/week at 1 Gig ≈ $3,000
- 1099 commission-only, no hourly base
