Status reflects the current hiring picture. An interest list is not an active vacancy. A leader confirms whether a role and territory are available before you make commitments.

A leader reaches out, usually the same day, to cover territory, pay, and expectations.

Onboarding, scripts, and your first assigned neighborhood.
Our team works through Palmetto Energy Solutions, an authorized T-Mobile Fiber dealer. A recruiter confirms the available territory, compensation, and onboarding for your market.
$75 to $250 per completed install, paid weekly. Ten installs a week at 1 Gig is about $1,500; twenty is about $3,000.
No base, no benefits, no guarantee. This is 1099 commission-only contract work. If you need a guaranteed hourly wage, this is not the role for you.
You work an assigned neighborhood where T-Mobile Fiber is already live. You knock, talk with homeowners about speed, price, and installation, run an address check, write the order at the door, and set expectations for install day. You then follow the order through until the install is complete, because that is when you get paid.
Yes. This is residential door-to-door sales. You are outside, on your feet, walking a neighborhood five to six hours a day. It is not a call center, not retail, and not a desk job.
Commission per completed install, between $75 and $250 depending on the speed tier and your experience. Paid weekly. There is no hourly base and no salary: this is 1099 commission-only work. At 1 Gig, ten installs in a week pays about $1,500 and twenty pays about $3,000.
Current openings cover Charleston and Mount Pleasant, and Greenville and Spartanburg. Valdosta, Macon, and Columbus are accepting interest for future opportunities. You use your own vehicle for field work. Confirm the exact territory, driving requirements, and any travel with your recruiter before you start.
Most of the reps we hire have never sold fiber. Some have never sold anything. What we screen for is whether you can hold a conversation at a door and keep going after a no.
That is the job. If those four are true, we can teach the rest.
Sixteen of the 67 Palmetto U lessons are objections alone. These are the five that come up most, and how the team teaches you to answer them.
Usually means the rep left a question unanswered. Ask what specifically they would be thinking about, then answer that.
Get the spouse's likely answer and the reason for it, then leave the offer in a state that is easy to say yes to.
Often a way to end the conversation. Send it while you are standing there and keep the process moving.
Good, they like the product. Move to what they pay and what speed they actually get.
Keep it short and do not inflate the problem. Give them the version that takes two minutes.
Most "fiber optic jobs" results are technician work: splicing, pulling cable, climbing, installing equipment. This is not that job. We sell the service that those crews install.
If you want to be outside and paid for what you close rather than paid by the hour, the sales side pays better and ramps faster. If you want to work with your hands on the network itself, apply to a construction or installation contractor instead.
One sentence: we hire people to sell fiber at the door, not to install it. If that distinction matters to you, it should, and now you know which side of it you are applying for.
