What we collect
When you submit the application form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the market you selected, your sales experience, your start window, and anything you write in the optional notes field.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the role, to route your application to the right team lead, and to keep a record of the hiring conversation.
Who sees it
The The Fiber Guys recruiting team and the Palmetto Energy Solutions team leads who handle hiring for your market. We do not sell applicant data and we do not share it with T-Mobile Fiber for marketing.
What not to send
Do not send a Social Security number, bank details, copies of identity documents, or anything else sensitive through the application form. Those are only needed later, through the onboarding process, if you are hired.
Retention
We keep applications for up to 24 months so we can follow up about future openings, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it records aggregate page and form events without your name, phone number, or email address.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of your application, correct it, or delete it by emailing garrett@palmbeachsolarllc.com.
